On page 794, under the "Donors" section, the 21/2-year-old sister's karotype was incorrectly given as

The correct karotype for the 21/2-year-old sister's karotype is
46,XX,t(15;17)(15pter->15q21::17q25->17qter;17pter->17q25::15q21->15qter),
